How do I update my credit card for auto pay?
  1. Click on “MANAGE AUTO PAY” button then "Edit Payment".
  2. Follow the instructions to add the new credit card information.
  3. If you would like to remove your old card after adding the new one:
    1. Click on the yellow circle in the top right of the screen with your initials on it.
    2. Select "Payment Methods"
    3. Click on the trash can icon for the card you would like to delete.

  • Account Number
  • Service Address
  • Phone Number

If setting up a new account or prompted to reset your password, please select a password that meets the following requirements:

** At least 8 characters
** At least one upper case letter
** At least one lower case letter
** At least one non-alphanumeric (!, +, @, #, / etc.)
