WES' online and automated phone/text utility payment systems were temporarily unavailable from February 6 to March 5 due to a nationwide system outage.
As of March 5 at 11:59 PM, services have been restored. No late fees were assessed during this time. You do not need to re-enroll into Auto Pay. If you need to change your credit card information for Auto Pay, please log in, then click on "Manage Auto Pay”.
